Employment Visa Services


  • Foreign nationals working in the UAE must have a valid work permit and employment visa to be employed legally in the country.
  • Your employment visa will be provided by the company as your employer.
  • The work permit is usually issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) after which it will be converted into a valid residency visa.
  • A work permit is valid for two months, so during this period, your company will make formal arrangements for you like medical testing, labor card, emirates ID, visa stamping, and so on.
  • Once you receive your visa, you can sponsor your family and bring them into the country. This is applicable to single mothers as well.
